For prop firms
How your firm appears here
If your firm is in the record, everything shown about it was read from your own published pages and dated. This page explains how that works, what you can change, and — more importantly — what you cannot.
How a firm enters the record
- STEP 1
Public pages only
Rex reads what you publish: plan pages, rules pages, FAQs and funded-account terms. Nothing behind a login, and nothing from a sales conversation.
- STEP 2
Two sources minimum
A firm needs at least two independent authoritative pages before it is treated as fully researched. One page makes a firm partial, and the site says so.
- STEP 3
Every value dated
Each fact carries the page it came from and the time it was read, so a reader can re-check it and so you can see exactly what Rex saw.
What Rex will do
- Re-check any value you say is wrong, against your published page, and correct it if the page disagrees with the record.
- Record a rule change with its date, keeping the previous value visible rather than silently overwriting it.
- Show your own wording where a number alone would mislead — a promotional price stays in the wording it was published in.
- Publish your reply alongside trader feedback when the review service exists.
- State plainly when something is not published, rather than guessing at it.
What Rex will not do
These are not negotiable, and stating them up front is cheaper for both of us.
- Remove an accurate value because it is unflattering.
- Sell placement, ordering, a badge or a rating. Ordering comes from the reader's filters, and there is no Rex Score.
- Present a promotional discount with no published end date as a deal or an effective price.
- Convert your percentage limits into another firm's currency limits so the two look comparable. They are not.
- Hide that a value is stale, provisional or unverified.

Correct your firm's entry
For firms already in the record. Rex re-checks against your published pages — no payment, no placement, no exceptions.
Questions
- Can we pay to be listed?
- No. Inclusion depends on whether your rules and pricing are publicly readable, and nothing else.
- Our terms changed. How fast does the record follow?
- This build is a fixed snapshot, so it follows on the next research pass. Continuous re-checking is a later stage of the project.
- A trader review is unfair. Can it be removed?
- Every review on the site today is preview content with no trader behind it. When real reviews exist, firms will be able to reply publicly; removal would only follow a policy breach, not a negative opinion.
- Why are we marked partial?
- Because Rex could cite only one authoritative page. Publishing your rules and pricing where they can be read without an account is the fastest fix.
