The maximum loss trails and is measured at end of day. Profit given back is charged against the floor accordingly. Where the trailing floor stops rising is not published, so the rule has no defined behaviour past the first new high.
What happens when the daily loss is breached is not published: a failed account, a session lockout and a forced flatten are very different outcomes.
